DSS is located in Fresno, California, U.S.A. and offers over 20 years of telemarketing experience to their clients.  It was founded by Nicholas Gianfortune who decided to open his own call center along with his then co-worker Valentin Hurtado. They worked to implement their own ideas and strategies for creating a call center that focused on the client’s needs and goals and put quality above all other factors in the company.

By working as marketing partners with our newspaper customers, we have been able to design innovative campaigns that increase circulation and retention levels.

Established in 2003

DSS has been able to grow their business with national clients in both the business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) markets.

Our company took two important steps to improve call quality. One was by abandoning traditional commission-based fee structures in favor of simple hourly rates. In addition, we developed a new call management model called “Positive Call Results” that expanded the definition of successful telemarketing to include sales and image components. We judge our calls to be successful when sales are made, information is shared and when customers feel good about the way they were treated.

Our goal and commitment is to provide outstanding call quality, strong orders, increased productivity, lower cost per start, increased pre-pay percentages, attention to detail, and an easily accessible support staff.
